Seeking an experienced Principal DevOps Engineer / Sr. Principal DevOps Engineer to support a new Ground System in Morrisville, NC.
The successful DevOps engineer would support the initial creation and maintenance of DevSecOps pipeline for new cloud based system. Candidate would support development activities across multiple security levels and locations, and utilize Enterprise-provided tools to build an effective CICD pipeline.
Basic Qualifications:
Principal Engineer DevOps: Bachelors degree with 5 years of software development experience 3 years with a Master's 0 years with a PhD. 9 years if exp in leu of degree.
Sr. Principal Engineer DevOps: Bachelors degree with 9 years of software development experience 7 years with a Master's 4 years with a PhD. 13 years of exp in leu of degree.
Active Top Secret with CI Poly.
Experience with software systems deployment and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
Knowledge of DevOps, i.e. Jenkins and Nexus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS
Knowledge of Kubernetes
Experience with Red Hat Linux administration
Experience developing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm, Puppet)
Willing to document key knowledge and share with team
