Description:
Mechanical Drafter
• Create 2D layout and assembly drawings using inventor and inventor vault
• Create 3D models of components and assemblies
• Initiate and review Engineering Change Orders
• Follow and review corporate drawing standards
• Measure parts for dimensional accuracy
• Participate in team activities
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Requirements and Preferences
• 3-5 years of drafting experience
• Experience with AutoCad and AutoDesk Inventor software packages
• Experience with AutoDesk Vault software
• Familiarity with dimensional tolerancing and standard drafting practices
• Proficient in the use of trigonometry and geometry
• Proficient in the use of measurement instruments (caliper and micrometer)
• Ability to work on multiple projects and work in a team environment
