What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Designer position at Actalent?
Description:
1) Ability to read an interpret electrical specifications, schematics, data sheets, P&ID's, wiring
diagrams, cable & feedthrough schedules, I&C lists
2) Ability to develop drawings, BOM's, and traveler's for procured and manufactured electrical
items
3) Develops and writes project-related conformance documentation – testing, manuals, plans,
travelers
-Candidate will perform detailed electrical design, calculations, assembly
-Will also perform project engineering responsibilities similar to planning, testing, directing, and review specifications
-Creates or Interprets specifications, data sheets, P&ID’s and schematics
Develops the required drawings, calculations, and assembly instructions for electrical assembly
-Assembles and/or coordinates assembly for electrical components, including wiring and connecting
Skills:
Design, Schematic, Industrial control panel, Specifications, Autocad, P&ID, electrical design
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
-Strong mechanical aptitude
-P&ID
-Background in fabrication, pharma, or electrical design is preferred
