Key Responsibilities:
- Design passive RF/microwave components, including high power, wideband directional couplers and combiners.
- Utilize Electromagnetic Simulation Software for the design and verification of complex structures.
- Employ CAD software tools to design intricate RF circuit layouts.
- Manage projects from initial concept and prototyping phases through to production.
- Lead and contribute to the production and fabrication of RF circuit designs.
Must-Haves:
- BSEE with a 3.5 GPA or MSEE with a 3.0 GPA (transcripts required).
- Coursework in RF & Microwave Components.
- Strong knowledge of Theory and Microwave Engineering.
- Experience with PCB Design and Production.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microwave Office or other Electromagnetic Simulators.
- Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor.
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing setting at a mid-size company.
- Join an 8-member Engineering Team.
- Business casual dress code.
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Salary:
BSEE: $65,000 - $70,000
MSEE: $75,000 - $85,000
