What are the responsibilities and job description for the Engineering Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
Performs mechanical and assembly operations.
Fully tests units to determine that it meets AE specifications.
Creates and uses test procedures, drawings, schematics and verbal/written instructions to test, repair, and troubleshoot units.
Accurately and completely documents activities and test results.
Participates in creation of documentation and material lists.
Maintains fixturing, performs calibration, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
Performs the setup, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical/electronic assemblies.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
2 year Associate Degree or 5-10 years professional experience
Experience working with measurement tools, testing, troubleshooting of electronic products
Problem solving skills
