Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

Our client, a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility, is seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a brand-new product line due to increased market demand. These individuals will be responsible for loading materials, completing electronic batch records, log book entries, documenting work orders, conducting process checks to ensure quality, and managing batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced. Candidates should possess a tech-savvy and process improvement mindset, with the ability to report and provide solutions for recurring issues.

Responsibilities

• Load materials and manage batch records electronically
• Complete log book entries and document work orders
• Conduct process checks to ensure quality
• Manage batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced
• Report recurring issues and provide solutions
• Communicate effectively and provide suggestions for process improvement

Essential Skills

• Understanding of GMP knowledge
• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Previous healthcare or manufacturing experience (GMP)
• Technical savviness for electronic documentation
• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking abilities

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bioworks or Associates in Biotechnology
• Experience in pharma, food, medical device, or cosmetic industries
• Motivated to enter the pharmaceutical industry
• Initiative to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment with a 2-2-3 schedule. Due to current high workloads, new hires will be entering a stressed but supportive environment eager for additional help. Initial training will be conducted on the day shift (Monday-Friday), after which employees may transition to night shifts if required. Scrubs are provided, and closed-toed shoes or work boots are mandatory.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00
