Job Title: CAD Technician

Job Description

As a CAD Technician, you will be tasked with creating detailed drawings of material handling equipment, work areas, and components. Your role involves generating both plan and elevation views with a high level of precision, and providing design support for future projects. You will work independently, creating drawing sets to standardize workspaces and designs across a large network of fulfillment operations. This role requires someone who is a self-starter and can operate with minimal supervision.

Hard Skills

• Experience Utilizing AutoCAD 2D either in a professional or academic capacity
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; preferably Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of material handling and storage systems
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and/or programming language

Soft Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with various audiences
• Leadership skills for managing small groups
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Type

This is a on-going position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Westborough, Massachusetts and some days remote.
