What are the responsibilities and job description for the Environmental Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
- Will be going on to active construction job sites and performing air quality, air monitoring and some water sampling. Majority of the job sites will be at K-12 schools that are remodeling or adding an addition. They will go on the job site connect with the project manager on site, then conduct sampling. They will be required to perform multiple different tests and then read the results. Once they have examine the results they are required to document the results and explain to the contractor if the site is safe to continue with construction. Will be conducting multiple samples a day and test the samples within the same or next day.
