Description:
- Prioritizes incoming request for bids.
- Identifies new opportunities for bids with commercial MF sales manager.
- Assists sales in providing detailed scope of work for projects during bid phase.
- Assists sales and sales management in value engineering options during pre-bid and bid phase.
- Provides quantity take-off of materials for building shell primarily windows and additional materials as required.
- Composes requests for information to contractor and/or architect.
- Gathers and compiles materials required for submittals including shop drawings and technical product data.
- Develops and maintains a comprehensive “submittal library” of both electronic and paper documents.
- Gathers, completes, and compiles materials required for project close out documents as specified in contract documents.
Skills:
- Construction experience
- 1 year of Estimating experience
