What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
Actalent's Client is seeking a candidate to be a Field Technician. You would be testing samples from job sites such as soil, concrete, asphalt, masonry. Transport samples with their identifying documentation to the lab for further testing. Submit data and observations in written and digital reports to the project manager daily. Perform inspections on reinforced concrete, structural masonry, spray-applied fireproofing and roofing, etc.
MUST HAVES:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Relevant experience or the equivalent in training and related experience.
- Experience with laptop computer use and Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Obtain ACI certification within 90 days of hire.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history

Would be in south jersey, Moorestown Nj location. Responsible for traveling to sites in Philly area. Would cover all the way out to central pa, state college, NY,
"Home base" Is Moorestown NJ location....which is also considered the "Philadelphia East" office
