Description:
Seeking a Fire Protection Engineer or Designer.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Fire Alarm performance spec design
- Fire Sprinkler performance spec design
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Life safety consulting
- Hazardous materials analysis and industrial processes
- Assisting in commissioning and testing of fire protection systems
- Participate in business development initiatives to expand and develop fire protection and life safety services
Qualifications:
- Degree in Fire Protection engineering or related engineering discipline (mechanical or electrical engineering).
- One (0) to five (10) years’ experience in the fire protection field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with multiple priorities.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Willing to pursue licensure as a professional engineer in the state of Colorado and/or NICET certification.
- Knowledge of CAD, REVIT or similar design programs.
