Job Title: Food Safety & Quality Supervisor

Job Description

As a Food Safety & Quality Supervisor, you will support the FSQ Manager in building a collaborative team environment. Your role will include supervising and developing FSQ Technicians, providing on-the-job training, and ensuring compliance with food safety protocols. You will play a key leadership role in HACCP, GMP, and Internal Audit teams, and coordinate monitoring, verification, and validation activities. Additionally, you will contribute to training resources, manage CAPA reports, and support third-party audits. Your responsibilities will also encompass executing quality monitoring plans and ensuring product compliance.

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

Regularly exposed to wet and varying temperature conditions between 60-100 degrees Fahrenheit, loud noise, moving machinery parts, airborne particles, allergens including but not limited to soy, tree nuts, milk and milk by-products, and fumes from food processing.
