Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Laboratory Technician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests, QC testing, and analyses to support research and development. Responsibilities include performing laboratory tests following standard procedures and guidelines, maintaining retains of all batches sold, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment such as mixers, viscosity testers, and spectrophotometers, recording and analyzing data accurately, assisting in the development of new testing methods, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and procedures is essential.
Hard Skills
- New Product Formulation (From Scratch) with UV/LED Coatings - Flexo/Waterbased Coatings (or Inks)
- X-Rite Color Matching and Excel (ideally 2 years)
- Industry experience within coatings/inks
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Charlotte, North Carolina.
