Genetic Counselor (Remote)
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Genetic Counselor to provide remote infertility-related genetic counseling for assisted reproductive technology (ART) practices across the United States. This role involves both test result delivery and comprehensive counseling sessions, supporting reproductive specialists as they serve a diverse patient population. You will work collaboratively within a large team of genetic counselors and medical geneticists and contribute to improving the patient experience through process enhancement, education, and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver remote genetic counseling services focused on infertility and reproductive health.
- Provide test result interpretation and comprehensive counseling sessions for patients.
- Act as a genetic counseling resource for reproductive specialists.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience.
- Participate in educational and research initiatives within the field of reproductive genetics.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Genetic Counseling (MSc, MA).
- Board Certification: Must be certified by the American Board of Genetic Counseling (ABGC) or American Board of Medical Genetics (ABMG).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in genetic counseling (4 years preferred).
- Strong understanding of infertility-related genetic counseling and ART practices.
- Licensed in multiple states (preferred but not required).

- Ability to efficiently document medical notes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $55.29/hr.
