Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

- Implement and manage CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) processes.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.

- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Utilize Poka-Yoke methodology to achieve Zero Defects Quality Control.

- Conduct internal and supplier quality audits.

- Maintain and update quality documentation, including control plans, inspection criteria, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Provide training and support to production staff.

This is a fully on-site position in Cranston, Rhode Island.

This position involves working closely with production staff and suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Training and support are provided as needed.
