What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lab Technician position at Actalent?
Description:
To lead product development/formulation projects all the way to product registration or other suitable client-driven product-cycle end points.
To lead projects on behalf of clients
Generate, document, and review technical data for internal reports, client reports and CMC regulatory support documents.
Create and maintain activity plans for assigned projects
Communicate and negotiate project activities and timelines
Negotiate with other departments for access to various resources including equipment and assistance
Maintain a high state of GDP and HSE compliance at the facility, ensuring that equipment is calibrated/qualified and ready for use for internal and external projects
Develops an understanding of the current ongoing R&D programs
Maintains up to date training in GDP compliance particularly as it applies to non-commercial, pre-approval activities.
Maintains contacts with experts, industry organizations and other companies in the field
Champion projects assigned to ARK
Provides input and recommendations to management on testing, process improvements and new equipment that will increase efficiency
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
HPLC experience, experience working with tablets and capsules, analytical-mind
