Key Responsibilities:

• Vital Monitoring: Accurately monitor, document, and communicate patients' vital statistics and measurements.
• Specimen Collection: Conduct and manage specimen collection with precision.
• Patient Observation: Observe and document any physical or emotional changes in patients, ensuring timely intervention.
• Room Preparation: Prepare examination rooms for patient visits, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
• Supply Management: Select, prepare, and manage medical supplies and equipment to support seamless patient care.
• Patient Environment: Maintain a comfortable, organized, safe, and hygienic environment for patients.
• Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records of patient information to ensure continuity of care.
• Post-Treatment Care: Prepare patients for follow-up care, providing clear instructions and support.
• Mentorship: Potentially guide and educate other LPNs, fostering a collaborative and knowledgeable team.
• Resource Role: Serve as a knowledgeable resource on nursing-related issues within the section.
• Scheduling: Organize and manage patient scheduling and necessary medical tests efficiently.

Required Skills:

• Adaptability: Thrive in dynamic, multi-specialty medical settings and various locations.
• Healthcare Expertise: Proficient in healthcare, medical triage, Epic systems, care management, and patient care.

Top Skills:

• Healthcare Knowledge: Strong foundation in healthcare and medical practices.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and the clinical team.
• Medical Office Experience: Previous experience in a medical office setting is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
