Job Description

We are seeking Manufacturing Process Technicians to support a brand new product line at a Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility, due to increased market demand. The role involves loading materials, completing batch records electronically, making log book entries, documenting work orders, performing process checks to ensure quality, and maintaining batch packaging records. This entry-level opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals with a tech-savvy and process improvement mindset, ready to thrive in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Load materials for production
• Complete electronic batch records and log book entries
• Document work orders and process checks to ensure quality
• Maintain batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced
• Identify and report recurring issues, and help provide solutions
• Communicate effectively and suggest process improvements

Essential Skills

• Bioworks experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations
• Understanding of biotechnology principles
• Exposure to GMP standards
• Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Health care background or previous manufacturing experience (GMP)
• Strong communication skills
• Critical thinking abilities
• Technical savviness for electronic documentation

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Pharma experience (food, medical device, or cosmetic industry)
• Bioworks or Associates degree in Biotechnology
• Motivation to work in the pharmaceutical industry
• Understanding of working in a 12-hour shift manufacturing environment

Work Environment

This is a manufacturing environment with a night shift schedule of 2-2-3. Initially, training will be conducted during the day shift (Monday to Friday), before transitioning to the assigned night shift. The work environment can be demanding and stressful due to current overwork, but new hires will be welcomed and supported by the team. Scrubs are provided, and closed-toed shoes or work boots are required. There are locker rooms available for changing into work attire.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50
