Job Title: Manufacturing Support Engineer

Job Description

• Coordinate with multiple departments to create and revise procedural documentation related to general quality system processes, with focus on manufacturing processes including implementation of process failure modes and effects analysis and measurement system analysis to confirm inspection capability
• Facilitate connection of project teams to quality system, by helping teams to understand quality systems requirements and helping teams to get project data set up for long-term execution and monitoring
• Perform risk assessments to help prioritize corrective and mitigating actions related to product safety, including execution of PFMEA on existing and emerging processes
• Independently perform internal quality system audits and audits of special processes
• Special projects as assigned by Quality Management

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or applicable work experience
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing quality roles.
• Traveling to suppliers to handle quality issues on a manufacturing site is required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $85000.00

Health, Dental, Vision, 401K 8%. Sixteen national holidays, Ten PTO days, Six sick days, Four personal days.

This is a fully onsite position in Greensboro,NC.
