Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
Seeking an Manufacturing Engineer to join a new team within a medical device company, supporting the continuous improvement efforts within their manufacturing team. This role involves comparing and evaluating data and processes to optimize production and quality across global operations.
Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new products.
Conduct process validations and design transfer activities. Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste
Lead and/or contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical device industry
Strong understanding of FDA and ISO regulations for medical device manufacturing
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Longmont, Colorado.
