Overview:
We have currently received a handful of engineering openings ranging from 0-2 years of experience. If you have an interest or desire to get into the marine/shipbuilding industry and would like to be a part of the team building the next aircraft carriers and submarines for the US Navy, this is your opportunity!
Description:
- Analyzes, researches and develops structural engineering specifications involving metals, non-metallic or composite structural materials for product design, or operation of product to include structures, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronics, power plant, armament, heating and ventilating, equipment and maintenance designs.
- Analyzes damage tolerance, durability, design allowables and structural modeling. Specific structural engineering specialties may include dynamics and loads, stability and stress fatigue and thermal analysis.
Qualifications:
- ABET Engineering Degree required.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- 2 openings for entry level.
- 2 openings for 2 years of experience.
- Willingness to learn.
- Team player.
Additional Information:
- Will be supporting new aircraft carrier and submarine construction for the US Navy.
- Multiple openings available.
- Pay Rate: $30-$44/hr based on experience.
