Description:
The Stamping Engineering Project team is looking for an Engineering Services partner to support them with Quality Data Collection. Employed qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to determine the quality of the welded components and communicate with production members to address and resolve quality issues while using root cause analysis and lean manufacturing techniques to reduce defective parts in production. • Observe & Capture defects on TWB parts coming off the automated TWB manufacturing lines • Record Defect attributes in Excel sheet templates for Analysis • Data Collection for Analysis of Data from Automated Inspection Machines on the line (with training) • Perform other related Data Collection & Analysis activities as directed by Client Project Stakeholders • Attend Project Meetings / Reviews, Report out to Project stakeholders
