Medical Receptionist

Required

• FLUENT in Spanish is required.
• Prefer front office reception experience.
• Customer Service experience.

Job Description

• Coordinates patient care and flow
• Answers phones
• Greets patients upon arrival
• Schedules appointments
• Completes all appropriate consent forms, and provides patient education and referral materials
• Ensures that e-prescribing tasks and all assigned tasks in EHR are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintains EHR records accurately following policies and procedures.
• Completes tasks in case management system on a daily basis.

Work Environment

Working onsite at the clinic in a fast-paced environment, handling 20-40 patients daily depending on the site. Team collaboration is essential, and the primary demographic is Spanish-speaking patients.

Job Type

3 month contract to hire.
