Job Title: Phlebotomist - Draper

• 6 months of clinical phlebotomy experience required

Job Description

Perform blood draws on-site for a busy patient service center. The facility serves approximately 100-150 patients daily, requiring the phlebotomist to manage 30-40 draws per day independently. Duties include data entry, specimen processing, and preparing labs for shipment. Candidates will administer a full menu of testing and rotate between front desk, patient service, and other testing areas. We are looking for proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented individuals eager for growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform 30-40 blood draws daily without assistance.
• Conduct data entry and specimen processing.
• Prepare labs for shipment.
• Administer a comprehensive menu of testing.
• Rotate between front desk, patient service, and other testing areas.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Hospital or outpatient lab experience strongly preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of a wide testing menu is preferred.

Work Environment

The position offers shifts from Monday to Friday: 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM - 4 PM, 8 AM - 4:30 PM. The site operates from 6:45 AM to 4:30 PM. Employees are required to wear scrubs and closed-toe shoes, with lab coats provided. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
