We’re seeking a Preconstruction Estimator with strong analytical skills and construction industry experience to support ongoing projects in Rhode Island. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Narragansett, RI.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.00/hr.

Responsibilities
- Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans
- Prepare material and labor cost estimates
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
- Manage bids from vendors and contractors
- Use bid data to prepare detailed cost analyses
- Present estimates to management and stakeholders
- Compile and record actual costs
- 5 years of construction estimating experience
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency with estimation software and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Experience in commercial construction
- Project management skills
