Job Title: Product Engineer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Product Engineer, where you will perform validation and characterization of state-of-the-art mixed-signal IP on MCU and MPU products across diverse industries, including consumer, automotive, and industrial applications. You will play a crucial role in developing automation scripts for bench validation using Python and C programming, with LabVIEW/TestStand software as a desirable skill.

Responsibilities

• Perform validation and characterization of mixed-signal IP on MCU and MPU products.
• Develop automation scripts for bench validation using Python, C, and LabVIEW/TestStand.
• Collect and analyze data, generating reports to summarize test results.
• Work effectively within a cross-functional team, including design, ATE, applications, marketing, and QA engineers.
• Plan, organize, and conduct technical projects focusing on testing methods, device specifications, yield issues, minor redesigns, and optimizing production relative to cost constraints.

Essential Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in engineering with IP validation.
• Proficiency in Python and C programming.
• Experience with bench mixed-signal IP validation.
• Strong software writing skills using Python/C/LabVIEW.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in automation scripting and semiconductor industry knowledge.
• Highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in a reputable semiconductor company in Austin, operating between 8am-4pm CST or 9am-5pm CST with no overtime unless prior approval is obtained.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $68.00/hr.
