What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Operator position at Actalent?
- The Process Operator will be working under GMP (good manufacturing practices) standards to produce an API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) called Pancreatin or Heparin.
- Will be measuring, mixing, and documenting data on production runs.
- Production runs are controlled by computer panels and systems so they need to be able to maneuver a computer.
- Also responsible for sanitation of their area and helping out in various other areas of production.
Skills & Qualifications:
6 months GMP is ideal, ability to lift 50 lbs up to 10 times/day
