Description:
Well established Central Jersey firm is seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and technically proficient Production Architect with demonstrated capabilities in design and production. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in a dynamic and collaborative design environment with a diverse range of public and developer building types. These would include the design of housing projects, K-12, Higher Ed facilities, Public/Governmental work, and Community Buildings as well as Athletic Facilities and Interiors
-Ensure successful results for the firm and our clients through effective project management techniques.
-Supervise the production of design and contract documents.
-Lead design person for design team, coordinating all staff to meeting project goals, objectives, and schedule.
-Establish and monitor project budgets to ensure profitability.
-Manage and review the performance of design team.
-Interface with and manage relationships with design consultants, owner representatives, public officials, and review officials.
-Assists with quality assurance reviews of project documents.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Masters of Architecture degree.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe and other CAD and office admin programs; Revit familiarity a plus
- Ability to produce and coordinate a thorough construction document package.
- A strong work ethic with commitment to design quality, client services, and attention to detail. Very detail oriented!!!
- Bachelor of Architecture highly preferred.
-LEED© accreditation a plus
-Inventive, creative thinking with the ability to work in a team environment.
-Ability to effectively communicate and convey pertinent and critical information.
-Ability to deliver effective presentations and run project meetings.
-Strong communication skills, team oriented, with self-driven work ethic and ability to meet fast paced project demands.
