Description:
Oversee's two Process Engineer's work as Direct Supervisor
a. Projects/daily tasks & duties they will be working on:
i. Document/translate process information to be implemented in the Shreveport factory.
ii. Develop training documentation for implementation for plant expansion.
iii. Develop process specifications to ensure product quality.
iv. Develop production expectations based on cycle time analysis.
v. Follow up with suppliers to ensure equipment deliveries and installations are remaining on schedule.
b. What software/programs will they need to be proficient in?
i. Microsoft Office
ii. Microsoft Project
iii. 2D AutoCad
Skills:
Process engineering, Process improvement, equipment installation, work instruction, Lean manufacturing, Continuous improvement, Manufacturing process, time studies
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3. Nice To Haves:
a. Experience 3D Modeling software
b. Experience creating training documents
c. Basic Spanish
d. Experience in leading complex projects such as re-layouts
