Description:
This full time opportunity is for a Project Engineer at a custom machine manufacturer. Individuals applying for this position will provide overall project engineering leadership on specific projects and is responsible for developing and presenting engineering solutions to meet the needs of clients in the industrial manufacturing, energy, food, chemical, and process industries. Communicating with clients, engineers, manufacturing personnel, management and others of varying technical abilities, and must be able to work effectively within a team environment. The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:
Managing multiple projects at one time
Planning and overseeing projects to ensure technical and budgetary success are achieved
Creating and overseeing project strategy, planning and goal attainment
Creating proposals, product flow diagrams, and piping and instrument diagrams
Participating in project design, pricing, negotiations and scheduling
Ensuring project timeline requirements are met
Periodic domestic and international travel for system startups
Skills:
Engineering, ERP, analysis, Project engineering
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience-have managed industrial projects from start to finish -custom machine design
Minimum 2 years of ERP experience
Minimum 2 years of structural analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
