Job Title: Project Engineer

Job Description

• We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Engineer to join our team supporting the Pump Station Division on the Everglades Restoration Program.
• This position will report directly to the Project Manager and will be responsible for handling Submittals, Request for Information, Daily Reports, and Coordination between Subcontractors.
• The Project Engineer will also provide support to the Project Manager and the Project Superintendent, and will be expected to assist with running the project in the Project Manager's absence.
• The initial project is a $30 Million, 2-year, SFWMD Pump Station Refurbishment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree.
• Prefer 1 year of civil or mechanical construction experience.
• Experience with RFI, Submittals, Material Take-Off, blue prints/drawings, field inspections and reading elevation.
• Must have excellent computer skills. Preferred experience with P6 Software, Revit, AutoCAD Bluebeam, and/or similar software.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills required.
• USACE and/or SFWMD experience a plus.
