Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We are a small but impactful St. Louis-based General Contractor. Our focus is primarily on healthcare projects, though our portfolio includes a variety of other projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Handle project documentation and ensure all construction activities comply with building codes and safety regulations.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Oversee change orders and ensure any modifications are properly documented and executed.
- Navigate and manage tenant relationships in highly sensitive areas.
Essential Skills
- Proven experience in construction management and project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards.
- Proficiency in handling change orders.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to navigate tenants in highly sensitive areas.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in commercial construction.
- Familiarity with Procore is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
