QC Laboratory Technician

Provides Excellent Hands On Instrumentation Experience

Job Description

As a QC Lab Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring food safety and product quality through comprehensive microbiological and analytical testing. You will split your time equally between quality control and laboratory functions, and quality assurance and production support functions.

Responsibilities:

• Performing microbiological analysis of products, water, and environment.
• Performing hands on analytical testing such as titrations, HPLC analysis, and T.O.A analysis.
• Collecting accurate samples for product testing.
• Conducting various analytical tests on energy drinks and other products.
• Ensuring the accuracy and calibration of all measuring devices.
• Support production by reviewing batching sheets, ingredient labels, and regulatory documents, communicating with batching, production, and sanitation teams, and performing QA line checks every four hours.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree of science in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Neuroscience, or related degree (does not need hands-on experience)
• Will accept an associates of science with 6 months of industry experience
• Will accept no degree with 2 years of laboratory hands-on testing experience
• Can accept relocation candidates who have interest with this role
