Job Title : Quality Assurance Specialist
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will manage the Quality Assurance inbox, handling out of specification reviews from various labs including chemistry, calibration, engineering, R&D, formulation, and microbiology.
You will be the primary liaison between the lab and the Quality Assurance team, responsible for releasing tests and products.
Your role will also include assisting with CAPAs, deviations, investigations, and documentation. You will update SOPs, support batch records, and might assist with audits, including shadowing during FDA onsite visits.

Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month Contract
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Mundelein, Illinois and some days remote.
Work Environment
Quality Assurance Group supporting the Laboratory at the site. Initially, you will work Tuesday-Thursday onsite in an office environment above the Laboratory, transitioning to fully remote or one day in the office on Wednesdays after training and networking with various lab managers.
