Description:
- Testing of various incoming raw materials and finished goods using routine procedures. Information is recorded and ported to research and plant management.
- Retain samples of raw materials and finished goods to maintain inventory and documentation
- Maintain quality control equipment, including calibrations and recommend new lab equipment
- Complete supplier/vendor quality surveys
- Supply Certificates of Analysis and Certificates of Conformance to customers when requested
- Respond to technical service inquiries and problems by conducting tests and evaluations in the lab
- Provide Technical assistance in the field to help customers start a project or resolve problems
