What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Specialist position at Actalent?
Description:
Work directly with internal and external customers to address customer issues, complaints, and product issues, etc.
Investigate any kind of quality or product issues, non-conformances, and any in-house issues that may arise
Prepare for and handle any kind of audits that are set up or scheduled
Maintain and update all quality documentation to ensure compliance and standards are met
Work with other Quality personnel and Manufacturing personnel to ensure quality is adhered to, documentation is correct, and product is ready to be shipped
