Job Title: Quality Specialist
Job Description
As a Quality Specialist, you will support the Product Field Action team by implementing quality standards and ensuring compliance at every stage of the process. You will assess potential risks, provide recommendations, and take responsibility for all quality control aspects, including intake, record documentation, and destruction, as well as internal and external customer communications. You will also facilitate audits and regulatory inspections and coordinate quality training sessions.

- Take responsibility for quality control aspects such as intake, record documentation, and destruction.
- Manage internal and external customer communications regarding quality control.
- Facilitate audits and regulatory inspections to ensure compliance.
- Coordinate and conduct quality training sessions for team members.
Essential Skills
- Proficient in risk assessment and regulatory affairs.
- Experience with medical devices and audit processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $65.00/hr.
