Description:
Create Electronic Documents for Production Batch Records that will be secure and able to be tracked. Act as the point of contact for the food-based audits that come up, both internal and external. Address audit findings and assist the dept in making sure that SOPs and internal documents properly reflect the necessary changes within food safety requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
BS Degree in the Sciences
5 years GMP, cGMP experience within Food Manufacturing (FSMA, BRC, HAACP, FDA)
3 years experience with food safety audits (both internal and external).
PCQI Certification is a plus.
