Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for precision and quality? Join our dynamic team as a Segmentation Technician! In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in producing high-quality Pre-Operative Plans that are essential for successful robotic surgeries.

Responsibilities

• Case Creation: Utilize our proprietary case management system to set up new cases.
• CT Scan Review: Ensure CT Scans meet Mako Surgical protocols.
• 3D Modeling: Segment CT Scans using specialized software to create accurate 3D Anatomical Bone Models.
• Pre-Operative Planning: Develop detailed Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Replacements.
• Quality Assurance: Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for precise anatomical landmark selection, and correct implant sizing and positioning.
• Collaboration: Upload completed Pre-Plans to field-based personnel.
• Documentation: Meticulously document all activities following prescribed methods and procedures.
• Consistency: Adhere strictly to work instructions to ensure consistent and reliable output.

Essential Skills

• Strong computer skills (proficient in design software, Photoshop, CAD, etc.)
• 2 years of work experience in fast-paced environments or computer-oriented roles
• HS Diploma (Associate or higher preferred, ideally in STEM-related field)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy highly preferred

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Portage, Michigan. The work schedule is 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The office atmosphere is relatively quiet, and business casual dress attire is required. This role is working on cutting-edge technology and in one of the largest growth drivers in the medical device industry. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.
