Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Technician to join our team. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, processing and testing parts and assemblies received from high-tech manufacturing customers. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the Lab and Laser safety room, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision and adhering to safety protocols.
Work Environment
This role requires working in a lab and cleanroom setting, interacting with operations and engineering teams.
The position offers a compressed work week with front-end shifts (Sunday-Tuesday, every other Wednesday) and back-end shifts (Thursday-Sunday, every other Wednesday), both with built-in overtime.
The dress code includes long pants and steel-toed shoes provided by the employee; all other PPE will be supplied. Punctuality and attention to detail are crucial in this environment.

Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the Lab and Laser safety room, spending 30 minutes in the laser room monitoring, documenting, and cleaning steel parts.
- Process and test parts and assemblies received from high-tech manufacturing customers.
- Test and package customer parts and equipment in a critically controlled cleanroom environment.
- Follow written work instructions and procedures, ensuring each step is completed and annotated.
- Perform and complete assigned tasks while adhering to required cleanroom garments, PPE, and quality protocols.
- Support inventory management to ensure proper stocking levels.
- Ensure the work area, equipment, and tools are clean and properly maintained.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment for at least 3 months.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical assembly of parts.
- Ability to read schematics and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proven documentation skills and proficiency with computer software such as Word and ERP.
- Comfortable working with chemicals and occasionally assisting at the wet bench.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in semiconductor environments.
- Ability to articulate engineering and operations team written and verbally.
- Knowledge in chemistry, laboratory procedures, chemical testing, and handling.
- Experience in troubleshooting, mechanical, and electrical manufacturing processes.
