Job Title: Senior Representative, Customer Service - Skilled

Job Description

We are seeking a highly proficient and quality-focused Senior Representative, Customer Service - Skilled for our office at the Weston site. You will be responsible for reviewing scans and marking them according to surgical plans. This role is critical in producing Pre-Operative Plans and ensuring individual production efforts meet team and department targets.

Responsibilities

• Enter segmentation request data into database.
• Review CT Scans for conformity to required protocol.
• Segment CT Scan Data using specialized software to create 3D Anatomical Bone Models.
• Create Pre-Operative Surgical Plans for robotically assisted Total Hip and Total Knee Arthroplasty.
• Review CT segmentations and Surgical Plans for accuracy of anatomical landmark selection, and implant sizing and positioning.
• Upload completed Pre-plans to field based personnel.
• Document all activities according to prescribed methods and procedures.
• Follow work instructions exactly to deliver consistent output.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ work experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required; experience in Salesforce or Materialize MIMICS is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is considered a plus.
• Certification or related experience in Radiology (CT, X-Ray, MRI) preferred.
• Certification in Nursing or related field preferred.
• College level anatomy course completion preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service orientation.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills preferred.
• Demonstrated efficient work methods and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This position is office-based and requires working onsite at the Weston site. You will be part of a well-known medical device company that makes hospital beds and robotic-aided surgical devices. This role is highly regarded in the medical community and provides excellent experience for your resume.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.65 - $17.65
