Description
Seeking to add a Site Logistics Manager for large project in Lebanon. Will be working on the construction of the small molecule building that is part of a larger complex, focusing on the research and development of molecular therapies. This facility will help convert molecules into tools to combat diseases. Original scope consisted of $290 million but recently won an addition $200 million in scope.
• Monitor and manage the flow of construction materials from suppliers to on-site storage and usage locations.
• Schedule and oversee material deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate distribution across construction sites.
• Maintain detailed inventory records, including stock levels, usage rates, and procurement schedules.
• Ensure all materials meet required specifications, regulations, and industry standards.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate costs, manage deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, material consumption trends, and project material forecasts to support decision-making.
• Ensure all material handling and transportation comply with environmental and safety regulations.
• Communicate & collaborate with internal field and office staff to ensure timely and accurate ordering
• Operate within accounting software to enter, generate, and update purchase orders, as well as approve vendor invoices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Must Have:
• 3 years proven experience in materials tracking, logistics coordination, and inventory management
• Experience with full bill of materials
• Experience spearheading conversations with suppliers and vendors
• Coordinating contractors and deliveries on site (multiple trucks arriving at same time)
• Proficient in microsoft excel (pivot tables, large spreadsheets)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, contractors, and project teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
