Job Title: Site Superintendent

Job Description

Join our team as a Site Superintendent in NYC working on retail projects. In this role, you will have oversight of 4-12 subcontractors on various job sites. This hands-on position requires stepping in to perform manual tasks as necessary, alongside managing the project. Expect varied hours, including overnight shifts, to accommodate our retail and food-service clients who operate during the day.

Hard Skills

• 3 years' experience as a superintendent or supervisor on retail construction projects

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to handle physical tasks as needed
• Flexibility with work hours

Job Type

This is a long term contract position - currently end date is undecided!
