Description:
May also be responsible for testing and documentation.
Provides guidance to subordinates to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.
Frequently interacts with subordinate/other team leads, customers and/or functional peer group leads.
Supervises the coordination of activities of a team with responsibility for results in terms of methods, and employees.
Collect and provide relevant metrics to program teams and management
Research and advocate for best practice as it emerges in the software and test industry.
Other duties may be assigned as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
80/20 supervising vs hands on
Bachelors Degree
3 years of experience supervising/ lead
Leadership Potential - they are looking to have this person be more experienced with the idea that they can now or soon serve as a lead to the less tenured developers. Does not need to have lead experience but the personality and experience level
