What are the responsibilities and job description for the Superintendent position at Actalent?
Description
A superintendent who has experience with Pre Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMBs). You will be managing up to 15 subcontractors and will need to be able to manage the flow of the project. A majority of the projects will be Pre Engineered metal buildings. You must have commercial, new construction ground up experience.
- Managing a commercial new construction job site
- Handling schedules and subs
- Making sure things are done on budget and on schedule
- Doing daily reports after everyday and enforcing safety
