Job Description: 

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial construction new build projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet all safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage subcontractors and construction crews, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to stay on schedule and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale new build projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
