Your Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Coordination: Manage and coordinate all nursing and assisted living aide services.
• Policy Development: Help shape our agency's objectives, standards of care, and procedures.
• Staff Development: Recruit, select, orient, and educate direct service staff.
• Program Planning: Participate in planning, budgeting, and evaluating clinical services.
• Supervision: Oversee nursing personnel and assisted living aides, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Competence Evaluation: Assess the clinical skills of your team.
• Counseling & Guidance: Provide individual counseling and supervision to staff.
• 24/7 Service Availability: Ensure nursing services are available around the clock.
• Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports on service provision and statistical data.
• Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between staff and administrative personnel.
• Additional Duties: Perform other mutually agreed-upon tasks.

Essential Skills:

• Experience: 2-4 years of nursing experience within the past 10 years.
• Experience in home healthcare, community health, or assisted living.
• Education: Minimum of an Associate's degree.
• Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency is a plus.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in healthcare and home health settings.

Work Environment:

• Supervision: Oversee 4 LPNs and approximately 20-25 Home Health Aides across 3 shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $120000.00
