Description:
Industry leading Civil Engineering and Surveying firm is urgently hiring for Survey crew members and Survey technicians. This is a stable, long term position with opportunity for advancement, training, and professional development.
Responsibilities:
1. Collecting survey data for base plans to support civil engineering design projects
2. Surveying during construction including construction staking and preparing as-built drawings
3. Planning and organizing surveying efforts to determine precise location and measurements of points, elevations, lines, areas, and contours for construction, mapmaking, land division and development, titles (ALTA), and other purposes
4. Keeping accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
5. Experience with Topcon and Leica surveying products, including GPS systems for RTK surveying and robotic total stations
6. Perform Construction Stakeouts
