What You'll Do:

• Hydraulic Systems: Build and assemble hydraulic systems, including hose manufacturing and tube bending.
• Electrical Wiring: Perform electrical field wiring and conduit bending for complex automated machines.
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and debug hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers, managing the pressures of bringing new equipment online.
• Travel: Travel for equipment installation and customer training (1-2 flights per year).

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Background in machine assembly, repair, or maintenance.
• Proficiency: Skilled in hydraulic system assembly, electrical wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Tool Use: Ability to work with power tools, hand tools, and pneumatics.
• Problem-Solving: Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable with new software and electronics technology.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machine building, repair, or maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems highly desirable.
• Ability to interpret engineering blueprints and documentation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.

Ascential Group Medical insurance, dental insurance, vision, life insurance and short and
long-term disability insurance are available the first of the month following thirty (30)
days of employment.
Life insurance and short and long-term disability premiums are paid entirely by the
company.
Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Accident and Hospital Indemnity insurances are
optional.
Participation in the Company's 401(k) plan is available following thirty (30) days of
employment. The Company match is 100% vested immediately.
