Job Title: Test Engineer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Test Engineer, where you will partner with the design team to develop and execute electro-mechanical tests for AMR programs. You will be instrumental in driving the adoption of Accelerated Reliability Test Strategies and standardizing test processes across global sites to ensure repeatability. Your role involves creating and executing complex test plans, performing accelerated and sound vibration testing, and authoring new testing standards to support advanced testing requirements.

Hard Skills

• BS degree in a relevant field
• 2-4 years experience in writing tests for endurance and performance
• 2-4 years experience in writing test plans
• Proficient in data analysis
• Experience in project management

Soft Skills

• Ability to work autonomously
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.

Work Environment

The position involves working at the component or sub-assembly level in the test engineering department, closely collaborating with design engineers. We offer flexible hours to accommodate the right candidate's needs.
